Karen Musey is a dynamic Canadian born, New York based actress and writer. Her training includes study with UCB, Tim Phillips, The Studio Act, Kimball Studio, Canada's National Voice Intensive, Comic Strip Live, Barrow Group and Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet Professional Division.
Karen's work was showcased at the 2017 Manhattan Film Festival in the comedy short The Walk; she plays a battered turn of the century housewife in the upcoming historical indie Caroline and writes/plays a multitude of fun characters in the sketch comedy web series Muse-A-Dopoulos.
Karen is currently writing a comedy short film as well as co-writing the play The Audit and the feature film Iris. Her writing for dance and arts features can be seen on Huffington Post and 4dancers. Current obsessions: Ancient Egypt, Hibiscus anything and the fact her rescue cat just finally decided she was cool to be a lap cat.
